About The Position

Amazon Devices is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to lead a team within their Cross-Devices Marketing organization. This role will be responsible for optimizing how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase across the portfolio of devices. The team's work involves data-driven decision making, focusing on marketing attribution, analytics, and channel performance, alongside experimentation, customer targeting, and cross-product visibility strategies. The Sr. Manager will use data to understand customer behavior across marketing surfaces, identify areas for improvement, and build mechanisms to act on these insights at scale. The position is based in Seattle and covers the North America region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented leader who builds strong teams and raises the bar on talent
  • Comfortable operating across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate progress to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision
  • Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and team leadership is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools
  • Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on Devices marketing across off and onsite surfaces
  • Develop frameworks for understanding how customers move through our marketing funnel, what influences conversion, and where we have leverage
  • Drive experimentation programs that optimize CX and improve business outcomes
  • Build relationships with product line leaders, central teams, and technology partners to influence the customer experience
  • Establish mechanisms and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into marketing inputs and their connection to business results
  • Identify and drive long-term process improvements that scale the team's impact
