This role leads a team of Product Managers and ensures strong alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution. This position is part of the Product Management organization and will will be hybrid in Fort Collins, CO, going 3 days a week to the office. In this role, a typical day will look like: Defining and owning the multi‑year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across hardware, software, and cloud solutions Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers that will work with Hardware Engineering, Software Development, User Experience, and Quality teams to translate product requirements into well-defined development initiatives with clear scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, pricing, and launch plans for new and existing products. Developing a process for the team to conduct and synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer insights to identify growth opportunities, inform product investment decisions, and prioritize the product backlog. Owning product lifecycle decisions from concept through end‑of-life Evaluate build, buy, and partner strategies to accelerate time to market and support business cases and investment decisions. Track regulatory, market, and technology trends while maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry partners to anticipate opportunities and risks. Tracking product performance metrics to inform portfolio and investment decisions
