About The Team CoverMyMeds’ Access and Affordability Team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management to help support and grow our EHR and Health System electronic prior authorization programs. Of note, our team is a dedicated group of product managers focused on creating products that remove barriers that exist to patients accessing their prescribed medication. Together with our various business units, the work our team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. What You'll Do As a Sr. Manager, Product Management your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect: Carries out varying P&L responsibilities for ePA and Automation solutions, including providing guardrails on pricing, deal support, and managing financials Leverages AI/LLM tools to develop new product features that support ePA Proactively engages with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and properly position products in the marketplace Owns transformational go-to-market strategies, uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage, and adjust Leads conflict resolution among conflicting Product Management initiatives across the organization or segment, and is accountable for prioritization Ensures features and product direction are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and makes recommendations to leadership Frequently interacts with direct reports, outside customers, and functional peer groups at management levels. Manages daily activities and direction of a group of individual contributors who are typically in a P4 or below career level and performing similar tasks within a specific group, product, or suite
