Discover Impactful Work: As a Senior Manager of Procurement/Sourcing, you will develop complex global category strategies and guide cross-functional teams to optimize spend, enhance supplier relationships, and deliver continuous improvement. You will make meaningful contributions to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Requirements

  • Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience in procurement/sourcing in large matrix organizations
  • 7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated value contribution (preferably in a regulated industry such as pharma, medical device, life sciences)
  • 2 years of people management experience, including coaching and development
  • Strong strategic CDMO business understanding and value chain knowledge
  • Proven ability to research, develop, and execute multi-year strategies
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Executive-level communication abilities
  • Expertise in supplier and client relationship management
  • Experience in contract development and business risk analysis
  • Ability to anticipate risk, apply scenario thinking, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency with e-tools, spend analytics, and procurement/ERP systems
  • Strong project management skills leading complex initiatives
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial planning understanding

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred fields of study: Natural Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Professional certifications preferred (CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent)
  • International or multi-cultural work experience preferred
