About The Position

Lead a complex, multi-category Repack portfolio supporting 40+ product categories across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen networks. Own Repack strategy across the North America Zone, including make-versus-buy assessments, network design, and footprint optimization to support value creation, supply continuity, manufacturing flexibility, and long-term network transformation. Advance governance of the Repack project portfolio and pipeline, balancing growth, service, capacity, and cost objectives while driving cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and execution. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute category strategies that support a fit-for-purpose network footprint. Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market intelligence, supplier segmentation, competitive sourcing events, negotiations, and execution, to deliver sustainable value and competitive advantage. Serve as the North America Zone lead for supplier relationship management. Foster collaboration between Kraft Heinz and external partners to unlock growth, optimize cost, drive operational excellence and manage additional responsibilities as assigned. Lead supplier governance and business review routines to drive performance accountability, continuous improvement, proactive issue resolution, and sustained business results. Lead complex negotiations and contract management efforts to optimize total value across cost, quality, service, innovation, risk mitigation, and business continuity. Own category financial performance, including Annual Operating Plan development, forecasting, budget management, and productivity delivery. Advance Total Cost of Ownership through value engineering, process simplification, and network transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field).
  • 7–10+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations experience with a track record of delivering business results.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage supply chains, including manufacturing (internal/external), sourcing, logistics, and supplier network management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; adaptable and resilient through change; acts with ownership, curiosity, and urgency to challenge the status quo and deliver results.
  • Risk sensing and scenario planning capability, able to anticipate issues, evaluate alternatives, and build practical paths forward.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead strategic supplier partnerships, driving performance, innovation, risk management, and long-term value across complex supply networks.
  • Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing supplier contracts and governance frameworks that balance value, risk, and business continuity.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, cost management, productivity initiatives, and delivering measurable bottom-line impact/TCO improvements.
  • Proven process orientation and continuous improvement mindset; experience implementing simplification and operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives/projects from strategy through execution; strong prioritization and decision-making across competing demands.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills, collaborating across functions and leadership levels; capable change leader who drives adoption from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication capabilities, including advanced storytelling/presentation skills to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
  • Digital and analytical proficiency: advanced Microsoft Office; experience with procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, contract lifecycle management tools); basic BI tools knowledge (Tableau, Power BI); curiosity and literacy in AI applications for insights and decision-making.
