The opportunity The Senior Manager of Process Engineering will be a critical leader responsible for developing and scaling robust manufacturing processes that enable consistent product performance, yield, and reliability. This role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in translating complex technologies into stable, high-performing production processes who can effectively bridge the gap between development and high-volume manufacturing. This Senior Manager of Process Engineering will build and lead a high-performing team of process engineers, driving process capability, reducing variation, and advancing continuous improvement across critical manufacturing workflows. The leader will partner closely with Equipment Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure processes are manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with product performance requirements. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries to accelerate learning cycles and improve manufacturing readiness.
