We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics Insight Partner located in Foster City, CA. You will regularly partner with key decision-makers, including executives, to identify their needs, collect meaningful data, perform accurate analyses, and craft compelling narratives. What you’ll do Partner with senior HR, executive, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into well‑designed analyses and clear, actionable insights. Own end‑to-end analytic consulting—from question framing and study design through analysis, narrative development, and executive influence. While driving impact with your leaders, you’ll also get to collaborate with teammates who are experts in technology & dashboarding as well as employee listening. Design analytics processes and products that deliver consistent, high‑quality insights across the enterprise. Integrate and analyze complex datasets using diverse methods (e.g., survival analysis, text analysis, advanced survey analytics). Evaluate the impact of programs, decisions, and external events on employee sentiment, behavior, and outcomes. Craft data‑driven narratives that surface key dynamics, tradeoffs, and implications in ways that resonate with senior audiences.
