The Sr. Manager of People Data Science will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Senior Director of People Analytics. This role will provide strategic and technical leadership for advanced analytics and data science, building models and frameworks that inform strategic people decisions. This role will also own the data science and AI strategy for People Analytics, defining how the team leverages emerging AI/ML capabilities and establishing responsible AI practices. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of data scientists, establish technical standards and methodological rigor across the function, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people analytics challenges.
