About The Position

The Senior Manager, Operations Innovations has a strong understanding of key business process, operational revenue recognition, system optimization and compliance support. The position is responsible to refine & maintain DCR’s operational standardization of business arrangements, reporting, revenue and financial oversight. The position’s responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: Alliance Specific duties Process Controls for Alliance Study Revenue Operations: study protocol/pricing/study budget review, contract terms review, CC study set up, workflow and site education, site revenue forecast process and reporting, topside revenue resolution Alliance Business arrangements reporting processes and submissions oversight: Finance Templates, leases, vendors, new collaboration agreements, resource manual Consult on Alliance Site Systems Optimization: CC, Starpoint, identifying/driving continuous improvement (e-solutions)Alliance Site/Central Support collaboration: role ID, workflow, training (playbook/resource manual), process development, documentation, P&Ps, quality manuals and Business Innovations duties Delivery of critical initiatives & process improvements Identifying and analyzing the value of proposed new or improved businesses processes and determining applicability to the department Deliver ongoing, highly effective communication of progress and recommendations to stakeholders Producing/contributing to key documents & associated management process to ensure documentation integrity & accuracy An integral member of the team, the Senior Manager, Operations Innovations is a highly effective collaborator and communicator, engaging with teammates from a variety of functional areas and experience within DCR and the broader DaVita organization.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of key business process, operational revenue recognition, system optimization and compliance support.
  • Ability to refine & maintain DCR’s operational standardization of business arrangements, reporting, revenue and financial oversight.
  • Experience with Alliance Specific duties including Process Controls for Alliance Study Revenue Operations: study protocol/pricing/study budget review, contract terms review, CC study set up, workflow and site education, site revenue forecast process and reporting, topside revenue resolution.
  • Experience with Alliance Business arrangements reporting processes and submissions oversight: Finance Templates, leases, vendors, new collaboration agreements, resource manual.
  • Consulting experience on Alliance Site Systems Optimization: CC, Starpoint, identifying/driving continuous improvement (e-solutions).
  • Experience with Alliance Site/Central Support collaboration: role ID, workflow, training (playbook/resource manual), process development, documentation, P&Ps, quality manuals.
  • Experience with Business Innovations duties including delivery of critical initiatives & process improvements.
  • Ability to identify and analyze the value of proposed new or improved businesses processes and determine applicability to the department.
  • Ability to deliver ongoing, highly effective communication of progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce/contribute to key documents & associated management process to ensure documentation integrity & accuracy.
  • Highly effective collaborator and communicator, engaging with teammates from a variety of functional areas and experience within DCR and the broader DaVita organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain & refine DCR’s operational program with a robust management process ensuring its ongoing effectiveness & sustainability.
  • Proactively determine key business issues/risks, identify improvement opportunities, and execute appropriate action plans & projects.
  • Produce (or contribute to production) of key required documentation including, but not limited to: business processes, work instructions, memos, policies/procedures, handbooks, etc in.
  • In collaboration with Quality and other functional areas, ensure policies/procedures and other key documentation reflect current state business process.
  • Manage document repository to ensure real-time accuracy & completeness
  • Stakeholder & executive communication & reporting regarding program, project/initiative status, progress, issues/barriers
  • Maintain & continuously enhance subject matter expertise in compliance and business areas
  • Contribute as team member or leader on other special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
