As Sr. Manager, Operations Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis for Operations, partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights, improve cost efficiency, and enable high-impact decisions that support business performance and customer success.

Requirements

• Strong financial planning & analysis skills, including forecasting and modeling
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, or manufacturing teams (or similar environments)
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, systems, and ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in finance, operations, or a related field (typically 10+ years)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with visualization tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for Operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with Operations leaders to translate strategy into financial insights and actions
• Deliver clear, timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Build scalable financial models and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, and business teams
• Ensure data integrity and continuously improve finance processes and tools
