The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Operations and Infrastructure, will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function in a high-growth environment. This role is responsible for optimizing how th Finish e TA team leverages its technology stack (ATS, CRM, sourcing and engagement tools), refining processes, and driving continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle. The role will evaluate and recommend new technologies, lead implementation efforts, and ensure our systems and workflows support strong hiring outcomes and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team. This role will partner closely with TA leadership, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology, process, and strategy.
