About Ceribell Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations, with 5+ years in strategic or operational leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record leading IT Support and large-scale enterprise software initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, and resource forecasting.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, health tech, etc).
  • Background in IT leadership, enterprise systems, program management or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOC2, HIPAA and SOX.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT support operations, including service desk and end-user support, ensuring high-quality, responsive service delivery.
  • Define and drive Ceribell’s IT and enterprise software strategy aligned to business goals, scalability, and security.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate needs into roadmaps, investment plans, and compliant solutions, while supporting annual planning and budgeting.
  • Own the lifecycle of enterprise software, including optimization, implementation, and retirement.
  • Lead vendor contract negotiations where needed, performance oversight, and ensuring alignment with cost, risk, and service expectations.
  • Establish governance frameworks for evaluating and approving new tools to minimize sprawl and optimize the tech stack.
  • Drive operational processes across IT and enterprise systems, including, system administration and support models and access management and lifecycle processes.
  • Track key performance metrics to ensure reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across IT and major enterprise software initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs, ensuring clear timelines, resource alignment and risk management.
  • Evaluate tools, platforms, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency, system scalability and user experience.
  • Lead change management for new systems, development practices, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on software portfolio health, risks, timelines, and strategic progress to leadership.
  • Serve as the operational “glue” between the business and enterprise software.
