Check out our brands: levoit.com | cosori.com | etekcity.com The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, capable of driving performance and mentoring a team. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital touchpoints align with overall business goals and enhance the customer journey. This is a temporary position for 3+ months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within digital marketing.
  • Full-funnel digital marketing strategy and execution (awareness through retention)
  • Performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and retail media
  • Web and campaign analytics using GA4 and marketing dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
  • Customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, and audience segmentation
  • Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing (email, nurture, retention)
  • A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Budget forecasting, media planning, and performance optimization
  • Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, or similar)
  • Campaign reporting, attribution analysis, and insights generation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with an innovative and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams based in China, including collaboration across time zones and cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a holistic, end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, content, and mobile marketing) to meet key business objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and maximizing ROI and other KPIs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems) and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers and external agency partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet performance targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with sales, product marketing, creative teams, and IT to ensure cohesive messaging, integrated storytelling, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Trend Identification: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation and identify new growth opportunities.
