We invite you to join team TravisMathew. JOB OVERVIEW The Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of Upper Funnel Paid Media programs. Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, this role is critical to driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition across TravisMathew stores and TravisMathew.com. The ideal Sr. Specialist candidate is a self-starter with a hunger to learn and chase performance growth.

Requirements

  • Experience utilizing Marketing Mix Models and/or other incrementality platforms
  • Proficient in Power BI and Looker Studio (or similar) tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with highly developed analytical and numeric reasoning skills
  • Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement new processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with limited oversight
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track and retain ongoing performance themes/insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Presentation skills are essential
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience building campaigns in technology platforms
  • Upper Funnel campaign management experience, including experience negotiating and executing custom, vendor-direct programs
  • Strong understanding of DTC eCommerce business, KPIs and market trend/insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of Upper Funnel programs with focus on driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition. Channels include but are not limited to: TV, CTV, YouTube, Podcasting, Partnerships, Paid Social, Direct Mail, etc.
  • Build and manage biddable media programs within applicable technical platforms (e.g. Tradedesk, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Manage external media vendors to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed. Negotiate program changes as needed
  • Develop ongoing tests that will yield actionable creative and media insights
  • Responsible for program forecasting, benchmark development and analysis over time to drive continual performance improvement
  • Present executive-level campaign insights and actions weekly/monthly
  • Collaborate with internal Brand team to ensure alignment of programs with larger Marketing strategies
  • Partner with Creative teams to fulfill asset needs. Share back campaign results to iterate on concepts over time
  • Keep pace with industry enhancements and consumer consumption trends to drive program innovation over time
  • Manage invoice and budget reconciliation process for owned channels
