About The Position

The Senior Manager of New Product Introduction leads the end-to-end introduction lifecycle for multiple product families, from development handoff through volume production. This senior leadership role owns NPI execution strategy, builds and leads a high-performing NPI organization, and works closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to deliver predictable, scalable, high-quality product launches. It requires technical depth, operational excellence, people leadership, and the ability to influence across functions and geographies. The role oversees NPI strategy and execution, including pilot builds, qualification, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing. It establishes and improves NPI processes, readiness criteria, and phase-gate reviews, while anticipating and mitigating risks involving yield, manufacturability, test coverage, supply chain, and quality. The position leads cross-functional technical alignment and issue resolution, ensures production readiness at internal and external manufacturing sites, and partners on product roadmaps, cost targets, ramp plans, and manufacturing KPIs. The Senior Manager hires, develops, and manages NPI engineers and managers; sets organizational goals and development plans; and builds scalable structures and a culture of accountability and execution excellence. The role also drives continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, cost, and scalability; standardizes best practices; uses data-driven decision-making and operational dashboards; reports NPI status and risks to executives; and supports customer engagements as a senior NPI and manufacturing subject-matter expert.
