About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Network Strategy, located in Minneapolis, MN or US Remote and reporting directly to the Senior Director, Network Strategy, you will create and communicate a clear business vision for fulfillment offerings, capabilities, and tools while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a unified “north star” vision. While no two days are the same, you will independently manage and execute large-scale programs from initiation through delivery, define long-term business visions for next-generation fulfillment capabilities, and establish the governance frameworks and routines necessary to empower cross-functional teams. You will analyze and implement changes to evolve customer-facing services and fulfillment systems, manage the strategic trade-offs between delivery cost, quality, and speed, and partner directly with VP-level executives to present strategic briefs and comprehensive business cases. Additionally, you will act as a central consultative partner to upstream and downstream teams, gathering continuous feedback to iterate on fulfillment strategies and drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a closely related corporate domain.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale, fast-moving cross-functional programs, demonstrating the ability to influence and independently deliver outcomes with input from diverse stakeholders.
  • Substantial experience creating and presenting strategic briefs, formal presentations, and comprehensive business cases directly to Director and VP-level executives.
  • Exceptional business acumen with an analytical mindset and a structured approach to solving problems, creating operational routines, and building frameworks within highly fluid or ambiguous environments.
  • Proven capability to evaluate complex trade-offs between delivery costs, speed, and quality to identify and focus an organization on the highest-value opportunities.
