The role involves leading cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver the portfolio productivity project pipeline (value engineering, PPA, CMA, in/out-sourcing, etc.). A key aspect is partnering with the BU CFO office and central FP&A team(s) to embed and maintain routine end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting via monthly business cycles.
