About The Position

The Sr Manager MSC KHMS has the crucial role of coaching, teaching, and assessing the implementation of Plant performance systems as dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS). Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to MSC Pillar content and assessment criteria.

Requirements

  • Management Systems knowledge and application
  • Continuous Improvement applied to manufacturing, strategy ownership, and successful implementation of CI standards and processes.
  • Indirectly leading teams through influence.
  • Functioning in a matrix organization
  • Translating strategy to actions and measured goals
  • Experience in Supply Chain (planning, scheduling, inventory management, loss elimination)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for MSC pillar that will deliver results in line with AOP and 5 Year Strategic Plan.
  • Coach and teach KHMS Pillar chapters to boost the capability of all employees
  • Collaborate with functional groups, pillar owners, digital team, and global KHMS to simplify KHMS and deliver a single solution to plants that incorporates all pillars
  • Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to MSC Pillar content and assessment criteria.
