GENERAL FUNCTION The Senior Manager- Mobility leads the North America mobility function supporting the United States and Canada while providing advisory support to Mexico as needed. The role is responsible for the design, governance, and delivery of immigration and relocation programs that enable business growth, workforce mobility, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership, the Senior Manager- Mobility consults on a broad spectrum of mobility solutions, including immigration sponsorship, domestic and international relocation, and global assignments. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to ensure mobility decisions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, first-class employee experience, and cost management principles. This position serves as the primary North America mobility lead and partners closely with the Global Mobility Center of Expertise stakeholders based in Milan and in Paris to ensure alignment with global mobility strategy, standards, policies, vendor relationships, and practices across the enterprise. The position combines leadership with operational oversight driving policy development, program effectiveness, vendor performance, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across mobility programs.
