Meet the team: Dexcom’s Global Medical Affairs is a rapidly expanding team, and we are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs professional to join our team and be part of Dexcom’s award-winning culture, recognized by Fortune's Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma. The Sr. Medical Affairs Manager will be a key contributor to Dexcom’s global scientific conference strategy, driving high‑impact medical and scientific engagement across priority international meetings. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end conference planning and execution, including cross‑functional collaboration with Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Behavioral Science, Data Science, Scientific Communications/Medical Writing, Clinical Education, Marketing, Market Access, and Integrated Evidence Planning. This role will critically evaluate clinical, real‑world, and outcomes data to guide abstract development and scientific submissions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, evidence‑generation needs, and good publication practice. The Sr. Medical Affairs Manager is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports, and will require a strong, independent, strategic thinker with global vision and understanding. The ideal candidate brings deep Medical Affairs expertise, strong medical communications and global scientific conference planning experience, and a solid understanding of the diabetes, diabetes technology and adjacent health conditions to help advance Dexcom’s global scientific leadership.
