A role on Target’s Media team is an opportunity to elevate Target Marketing by leveraging media trends, data, and technology to drive meaningful impact. In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of integrated media strategies across a portfolio of high-impact campaigns, defining how media investments connect to brand and business objectives. You will translate consumer insights, marketplace dynamics, and performance data into clear, actionable strategies that support the growth of Target’s brand and business. You will serve as a central connector across internal teams and external partners, partnering closely with agencies, media, content, and technology partners to create cohesive, audience-centric media experiences. This role requires the ability to translate complex inputs into clear direction and confidently influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
