As part of the Marketing Technology team evolving Schwab’s digital ecosystem, this role plays a critical part in translating marketing objectives and business intent into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The MarTech Delivery Integration Lead connects strategy to execution by transforming complex marketing needs into clear, validated requirements that enable effective solution design, seamless delivery and adoption across teams. In this role, you will own and evolve how marketing initiatives move from concept into technical solutioning by defining and optimizing operating models, governance frameworks, intake processes with detailed documentation to drive clarity, prioritization, and delivery readiness. You will maintain a single source of truth for requirements, decisions, dependencies, success metrics. You are accountable to ensure initiatives meet defined readiness and acceptance criteria before entering technical discovery and development through production. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders across multiple lines of business and technology teams to define success criteria, clarify scope and workflows, and ensure alignment - helping teams navigate dependencies, constraints, risks, impacts and trade-offs in complex delivery environments and ecosystems. Success in this role means enabling teams to make informed decisions, accelerating time-to-value for marketing capabilities, and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful impact for the business and our clients. You will lead cross-team alignment on sequencing, readiness gates, and implementation sign-offs and play a key role in driving collaboration across Marketing, Schwab Technology Services, Digital Retail, and other partners, ensuring effective solutioning, implementation, adoption, and optimization. Your work will directly impact how the organization evolves its MarTech ecosystem by supporting portfolio alignment and prioritization, guiding delivery readiness, and reinforcing feedback loops that inform continuous improvement. Through strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement, you will help teams operate with greater clarity, adaptability, and accountability—ensuring technology investments deliver against business goals and successfully adopted.
