The Senior Group Manager, Marketing Planning – Credit Cards Loyalty plays a critical leadership role in delivering the TD Loyalty North Star vision and shaping the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the TD Rewards program. This role is accountable for driving awareness, engagement, and value realization across the loyalty ecosystem through data‑driven, customer-centric marketing strategies. Key focus areas include: Increasing awareness: Build broad customer understanding of TD Rewards program benefits, including partnerships, experiential offerings, and flexible redemption options. Driving engagement: Deepen customer participation by helping cardholders maximize the value they derive from the loyalty ecosystem. Activating data-driven moments: Leverage insights and analytics to deliver targeted, timely strategies that reinforce program benefits at key customer moments and drive redemption behaviour. Simplifying the experience: Streamline and elevate the loyalty journey by reducing friction and making it easier for customers to understand, access, and optimize their rewards.
