About The Position

The Senior Manager of Marketing Activation serves as the strategic marketing partner to designated business units and practice groups, translating business priorities, growth objectives and market opportunities into integrated marketing strategies and measurable initiatives. While serving as a crucial part of a broader digital and content marketing team, this position will be assigned a focused portfolio of legal practices and offerings to support. The individual will develop a nuanced understanding of the firm’s capabilities and related client needs, market dynamics, competitive positioning and business development goals and, based on those learnings, create and execute comprehensive marketing plans—defining marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, campaigns and measurement frameworks—to drive targeted awareness, engagement and revenue growth efforts. Operating as part of an integrated growth team, this role serves as the marketing counterpart to allocated business development strategy professionals. The business development team will focus on client opportunities, relationship development, pursuits and pipeline growth; the Senior Manager of Marketing Activation is responsible for developing the strategic marketing plans that support those objectives. Together, these professionals provide coordinated, business-focused support to practice and industry leadership. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, intellectually curious, data-driven, and confident advising senior stakeholders. They are comfortable challenging assumptions, advocating for informed recommendations, and aligning individual practice priorities with broader firm objectives to maximize impact and engagement across channels and audiences.
