About The Position

Oversees internal business control functions, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and standards within the Mobile Production Center (MPC). Analyzes, prepares, and presents performance reports for MPC and its partner divisions and subsidiaries, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Builds and maintains effective working relationships across all organizational levels, establishing and monitoring performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement. Leads as a project champion in cross-divisional process improvement initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement across all operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering
• 7+ years’ experience in finance/accounting, business control, management, strategy, analytics, supply chain management(SCM), customer service, device, or quality engineering in the mobile and service industry
• Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams

• Korean language is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes annual business plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
• Conducts comprehensive analyses of business performance metrics, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to the management for informed decision-making.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather critical data, insights, and feedback, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Supports the creation of executive-level presentations and reports, summarizing complex findings and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitors industry trends and market dynamics, delivering competitive intelligence to inform and refine strategic planning efforts.
• Engages in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, driving business growth and operational excellence through innovative solutions and process improvements.
