Vuori is seeking a strategic, customer-centric, and analytical Senior Manager, Loyalty & Membership to help shape and scale our loyalty and membership ecosystem. This role will serve as the business owner of Vuori’s loyalty and member engagement strategy, responsible for driving program performance, member growth, retention, rewards governance, and long-term program evolution. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of customer behavior and is passionate about creating elevated experiences that strengthen customer connection and lifetime value. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with CRM, Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver a seamless member experience across all customer touchpoints.
