Description: The Sr Manager, IT Infrastructure plays a critical role in supporting NFPA’s mission by leading the team responsible for the reliability, resiliency, security, and performance of NFPA’s hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This role acts as a hands-on technical leader and people manager, ensuring stable operations, modernizing infrastructure platforms, and enabling the organization’s strategic technology initiatives. The Sr Manager, IT Infrastructure manages the infrastructure team, provides technical leadership, sets standards and processes, and ensures NFPA’s technology environment supports business needs across applications, data, customer-facing platforms, and internal operations.
