The Opportunity Our locations in St. Paul and Maple Grove, MN currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, IT Architecture within the Medical Device IT Product Technology organization. This role operates in a highly regulated, security-sensitive environment (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and is responsible for delivering platforms and services that enable connected products (IoT) and support customers and clinicians. The Senior Manager works closely with business partners, R&D, and internal IT teams to design, standardize, and scale infrastructure capabilities that support secure, reliable, and compliant product ecosystems. The Senior Manager, IT Architecture serves as the technical leader and people manager for the architecture function, responsible for defining infrastructure strategy, establishing standards, and ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor and decision authority across Product Technology, driving innovation while maintaining operational rigor.
