Truly, the possibilities are beautiful. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across Category, Brand Equity, and Campaign initiatives. This role serves as the strategic project management lead—ensuring complex, cross-functional work is planned, prioritized, and delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact. This leader partners closely with Creative, Media, Merchandising, Analytics, and Ecommerce partners to translate strategy into executable plans, proactively manage risk and dependencies, and enable teams to operate at their highest level. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, demonstrating success in driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, integrated marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives at scale.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including brand, category, and campaign planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing marketing operations tools and workflows.

  • Experience in retail, beauty, or brand-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Category, Brand Equity, and Campaign initiatives, from intake/briefing and planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear roadmaps, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment across teams and workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain consistent marketing operations processes, tools, and ways of working to improve efficiency and speed to market.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; drive resolution and escalation as needed.
  • Ensure work is appropriately prioritized based on business impact and timing.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and connector across Integrated Marketing, Creative, Media, Merchandising and Digital, and Analytics teams.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making.
  • Influence without authority to keep work moving forward and teams accountable.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing operations professionals; set clear expectations, foster strong collaboration, and build capabilities aligned to future business needs.
  • Leverage insights and feedback to continuously refine processes and improve team performance.
