This role serves as the strategic project management lead—ensuring complex, cross-functional work is planned, prioritized, and delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact. This leader partners closely with Creative, Media, Merchandising, Analytics, and Ecommerce partners to translate strategy into executable plans, proactively manage risk and dependencies, and enable teams to operate at their highest level. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, demonstrating success in driving operational excellence.
