About The Position

This role involves leading sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business, operational, and strategic analyses to support company operations, logistics, product development, and fulfillment. The position requires developing, executing, and enhancing processes and products throughout the retail and supply chain lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing inventory management and supply chain strategies (forecasting, sourcing, capacity planning, and optimization) to drive profitability and enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves developing sophisticated business intelligence models and effective metrics to implement optimal solutions and assist management with decision-making, as well as overseeing the development and monitoring of trends that indicate a need for new products and services.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the master’s degree and three years of experience.
  • Must have three years of experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Must have three years of experience in using data and metrics to drive improvements in P&L management and cost improvement.
  • Must have three years of experience in presenting data and insights to senior leadership to communicate program strategy and results.

Responsibilities
