The company has four fabrication facilities nationwide to serve customers and reduce freight costs and shipment lead times. This role directs the internal sales team responsible for customer quotes, inquiries, and problem resolution via email and phone, developing and monitoring quoting procedures, and ensuring responsive customer service through established administrative and technical procedures. The position is responsible for developing internal sales policies, rates, schedules, procedures, and methods, ensuring work volume meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and achieving departmental operating costs, sales, and profit goals. The role also involves approving personnel activities such as hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation, and managing the team's order-processing activities.
