About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Information Security is responsible for managing the organization's security operations, overseeing information security projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This role is critical in safeguarding ATPCO’s data assets by addressing security risks, managing user awareness, and developing policies to maintain an optimal security posture. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with teams across the organization to maintain data privacy and vendor/customer security relationships while aligning security initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the organization’s information security vision.
  • Oversee high-impact security projects, ensuring their alignment with both immediate operational needs and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security initiatives into the broader organizational strategy.
  • Direct the implementation of advanced security technologies and controls, ensuring they meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead mentorship programs to develop future leaders within the security team and promote continuous learning.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to enhance security practices and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain security metrics to assess performance and continuously improve security operations.
  • Drive organizational change management related to security policies and foster a security-first culture.
  • Manage resource allocation and budgeting for the security department, ensuring efficient operations while supporting the company’s growth.
  • Represent ATPCO in industry forums and maintain knowledge of emerging security trends to continuously evolve the company’s security posture.
