The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team at Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) is responsible for guiding Broker-Dealers, Advisors, Banks and Trust firms, and Family Office clients through their transition onto the FIWMS platform. As a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be central to this transformation, leading complex onboarding initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience. This highly visible role involves leading the onboarding of new Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and supporting existing advisors transitioning a book of business to the FIWMS platform. You will drive mid- to large-scale implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world-class onboarding journey, taking full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, and ensuring assets transition smoothly. The FIWMS division offers clearing and custody services, investment and technology products, institutional trading, and client experience to over 13,500 financial intermediary firms and institutions. The Client Conversion Services Project Management team, part of Client Experience, supports the onboarding of these businesses and collaborates closely with Sales and Relationship Management, Product and Technology Specialists, Training Consultants, Deployment Consultants, and Client Service.
