The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team plays a critical role in guiding Broker‑Dealers, Advisors, Banks and Trust firms, and Family Office clients through their transition onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) platform. As a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be at the center of this transformation—leading complex onboarding initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience. In this highly visible role, you will lead the onboarding of new Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) as they join Fidelity, support existing advisors transitioning a book of business to the FIWMS platform, and drive mid‑ to large‑scale implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world‑class onboarding journey. You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, navigating complexity with confidence, and ensuring assets transition smoothly. The Client Conversion Services Project Management team within Client Experience supports the onboarding of these businesses and works closely with Sales and Relationship Management, Product and Technology Specialists, Training Consultants, Deployment Consultants and Client Service.
