You will partner directly with corporate leaders across employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy of our Marketing and Central Merchandising and Sourcing organizations. From coaching leaders through complex situations to identifying proactive people solutions, you own both strategy and execution—ensuring HR support is clear, timely, and practical. This role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, employee relations depth, and the ability to influence leaders with credibility and care.
