The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, serves as a strategic leader in this multi-region, multi‑site role. Within Champion Homes, this role will be, partnering closely with operations, plant leadership, and corporate HR Leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, talent development, employee relations excellence, and organizational performance. This role leads and develops a team of Business Partners, ensures consistent application of HR strategy across multiple manufacturing locations, and acts as a key advisor on employee relations, talent strategy, workforce planning, policy, and change initiatives in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment. This role will require the ability to build excellent working relationships with a diverse group of team members. They will need to act as a partner to their local manufacturing teams in all aspects of the position.
