About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing to lead a team responsible for managing vendor relationships and sourcing execution across Import, Domestic, and OEM categories. In this role, you will drive vendor strategy and sourcing initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to support business priorities across a large and complex portfolio. You will oversee the work of project managers, providing direction, prioritization, and problem-solving support to ensure effective execution. This role serves as a key escalation point for complex sourcing challenges and plays an important role in developing talent, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Strong experience managing vendor relationships across large portfolios with high SKU counts and significant spend
- Solid understanding of Import and Domestic sourcing models
- Experience managing multiple projects and driving execution across priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify root causes, and support decision-making

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of project managers through regular 1:1s, providing clear direction, prioritization, and problem-solving support
- Oversee sourcing execution across a large vendor portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
- Serve as an escalation point for complex projects and vendor negotiations, guiding teams to effective solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support vendor strategy, project execution, and decision-making
- Represent the Global Sourcing function in cross-functional meetings, communicating priorities and fostering alignment
- Monitor project progress and proactively adjust priorities to minimize bottlenecks and delays
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting development and accountability for results
