The Senior Manager of Site Visual Merchandising for Lifestyle is responsible for leading the seasonal site strategy, aligning brand and commercial objectives to deliver an inspiring and seamless digital shopping experience. He/she will work closely with DTC merchandising, Global Marketing, Digital Product and regional partners to develop a cohesive site strategy for multiple areas of our lifestyle category. This role is responsible for leading the site experience strategy through the end to end Go to Market (GTM) process. The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual eye, sharp attention to the consumer end-to-end journey, strong organizational and communications skills and effective cross-functional team experience. This role will lead the team in data-based decision making and balancing the need for creative and product storytelling. They will need to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised.
