Their responsibilities include driving digital business, optimizing the shopping journey, testing and iterating capabilities, managing content, and conducting business analysis. The candidate is responsible for creating and setting the direction for category-specific e-commerce experiences, ensuring flawless execution, maintaining ongoing operations, driving site KPIs, and developing the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site merchandising and content management, possess a high level of attention to detail, and have strong business acumen.
