About The Position

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive identity and access management strategy aligned with business goals and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM best practices into business processes and maintain policies and procedures related to user access, authentication, authorization, and identity governance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and identity and access management standards Evaluate, select, and implement IAM technologies to enhance the organization's security posture Oversee the deployment and integration of identity and access management solutions Implement and manage access governance processes to ensure timely and accurate access reviews and certifications Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in technology discipline, such as Computer Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science, and 8 plus years in the IT industry including IT operations, technical support, engineering with 4 plus years of management experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 11 plus years working experience in IT with 5 plus years of management experience. 5 plus years' experience of leading and managing teams within a technical operations or shared services environment. 3 plus years' experience in Identity & Access implementations or a compliance/audit-related function reviewing Identity & Access systems Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree Experience in Operations/On-Prem. Certificate Authority (Microsoft) CA/PKI Infrastructure Experience in Certificate Mgmt. System/Card Management System (Venafi, Keyfactor, Entrust, etc.) HSM management (Entrust Ncipher HSM, Thales Luna, etc.), PKI, 802.1x/EA-TLS Authentication protocols, Kerberos, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Web Services, Wireless Networks, AD, LDAP, MFA technologies. Prior experience working with a managed service provider. Prior experience managing teams in a global enterprise multi-site environment (>150 locations). Requirements
