About The Position
The Senior Manager, General Maintenance is responsible for managing, planning, overseeing, and coordinating the work of maintenance personnel in general maintenance and carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades. The Senior Manager is responsible for establishing relationships and communication with district support staff and campus administrators, developing, and implementing programs to ensure proper training of maintenance personnel, and ensuring campuses are safe, clean, and secure learning environments.
Requirements
- Management experience in general maintenance and repairs.
- Experience in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades.
- Ability to establish relationships and communication with district support staff and campus administrators.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs for maintenance personnel.
- Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and security protocols for learning environments.
