About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise QA to join our team to lead the strategy, design, and execution of quality assurance initiatives across enterprise-level applications and systems. This role is a leadership role that revolves around delivering high quality software products by ensuring scalable QA processes, deriving automation, bringing efficiencies and driving culture of quality across the products. This role involves adaptation of AI tools and technologies and bring them to foster quality standards with maximum possible quality standards and reducing test cycles. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in quality experience with a retail industry (preferred) and has experience with business to consumer applications ecosystem. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise QA will report to the Sr. Director, Application Development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in QA, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong experience in enterprise-scale systems, SaaS platforms, distributed architectures, ERP solutions, mobile/handheld devices, business and consumer facing application.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling QA teams and processes
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
  • Strong and proven experience working in SAP systems and functional areas like planning, purchasing, finance etc.
  • Strong experience in web and security testing for end user-facing applications (native, handheld mobile and desktop applications).
  • Strong experience working with latest automation frameworks and technologies like WebDriver IO, Cucumber, Selenium, SuperTest, Appium and reporting frameworks like Allure Reporting etc.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise QA strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, and automation specialists.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and quality benchmarks across all platforms and applications.
  • Lead by example, the practice maturity, innovation and quality standards across the organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to assess and mitigate the risks for any outcome and suggest plans to remediate them.
  • Oversee end-to-end QA lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Ensure consistent QA processes across multiple products, platforms, and teams.
  • Drive risk-based testing strategies for complex enterprise systems.
  • Champion automation-first approach and increase test coverage through modern frameworks.
  • Evaluate and implement QA tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
  • Advocate for quality early in the development lifecycle (shift-left testing).
  • Align QA priorities with release timelines and business objectives.
  • Establish QA governance models, standards, and documentation.
  • Continuously improve testing efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and post-release reviews.
  • Ensure robust performance, scalability, and security testing practices.
  • Coordinate with specialized teams for compliance and regulatory requirements.
