Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product and service teams to identify data-driven inquiries and design appropriate analytical experiments
• Leading the coding and development of software for integrating and cleansing large datasets from varied sources
• Applying statistical methods and advanced analytics to large data sets for actionable insights and model creation
• Managing the analysis of historical patterns in customer behavior and product performance to inform business strategies
• Developing predictive models based on historical data to forecast customer behavior and support operational planning
• Constructing strategic recommendations from data science techniques applied to business data
• Researching and integrating emerging data science principles and techniques to enhance business decisions
• Creating and overseeing presentations that communicate the methodology and results of data analyses
• Mentoring and managing a team of data scientists, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
