This position will be responsible for managing all employee relations issues for Teva within the Employee Relations COE (Center of Excellence) for the United States. This position will be responsible for managing employee relations investigations and processes including ensuring appropriate outcomes of investigations consistent with Teva policy. The Senior Manager, Employee Relations, will track cases and investigations to view trends and areas for potential proactive training opportunities. Provides coaching and counseling to managers and HR colleagues related to employee relations issues including leaves of absence and requests for accommodation.
