About The Position

Micas Networks is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing & GTM professional to support strategic ecosystem growth through partner marketing, GTM campaign execution, event coordination, and Salesforce operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working across ecosystem partnership, Salesforce operations, field events, and ecosystem campaigns to help drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting joint go-to-market activities with OEM, SI, channel, and technology ecosystem partners while building scalable processes for lead management, campaign tracking, and opportunity coordination. This position will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and external ecosystem partners to help accelerate pipeline growth and improve GTM execution efficiency. This position reports directly to the Business Development leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, GTM operations, CRM operations, or ecosystem marketing within the technology industry.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, partner campaigns, event coordination, and lead management processes is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure, networking, cloud, semiconductor, or data center ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and field marketing activities with strategic ecosystem partners including webinars, workshops, roadshows, customer events, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, campaign tracking, lead management, and follow-up activities for partner-driven events including AI infrastructure and networking industry engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external marketing agencies to support content promotion, ecosystem visibility, partner campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Salesforce campaign creation, lead tracking, opportunity flow, and reporting processes to support partner and field marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain workflows for lead capture from partner events, website inquiries, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and ecosystem marketing activities.
  • Support CRM hygiene, campaign attribution, dashboard reporting, and pipeline visibility while helping automate and improve GTM operational processes across sales and partner organizations.
  • Coordinate lead routing, qualification tracking, and follow-up activities across sales and partner teams.
  • Help ensure timely follow-up and visibility for ecosystem-driven opportunities and partner campaigns.
  • Support reporting and metrics for partner activities, campaign ROI, event performance, and ecosystem engagement to help drive data-driven GTM decisions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and executive leadership teams to support strategic ecosystem initiatives and partner growth activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support campaign execution, event planning, partner communications, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with executive presentations, campaign materials, and strategic GTM initiatives supporting AI infrastructure, SONiC networking, and co-packaged optics (CPO) solutions.
