About The Position

The ideal candidate brings deep distribution or supply chain systems experience, specifically in a warehouse management system (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and SAP, proven people leadership, strong business analysis and testing discipline, and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. This role is the primary bridge between Distribution Operations and IT, owning the business side of the systems lifecycle from business case to design, testing, adoption, and ongoing support. This role will be onsite at our Memphis Distribution Center 4 days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of leadership experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with the deployment and implementation of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS, including cognitive/next-generation capabilities.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder WMS integration with SAP and the associated end-to-end business processes, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies.
  • Experience with WES and integration of WES (Warehouse Execution System) with WMS.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale WMS transformation programs, including requirements definition, solution design, testing/UAT, deployment, stabilization, and transition to run operations, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers
  • Greenfield Distribution Center Systems development and integration
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business owner and strategic partner for Distribution systems, translating operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead business case development and value articulation for new capabilities, including process design, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
  • Own the business testing strategy, including building UAT playbooks, scripts, execution, and traceability.
  • Partner with IT on architecture and documentation, ensuring business process flows and designs are complete, validated, and controlled.
  • Oversee change management and training, including train-the-trainer programs and capability building.
  • Lead post go-live run support, ensuring system stability, issue prioritization, enhancement testing, and operational data governance. Lead existing System routine configuration and integration troubleshooting in partnership with IT.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration with IT, GPSO, and business stakeholders.
