About The Position

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning — Global to oversee international demand planning channels. This role is responsible for producing forecasts that provide actionable insights and feed into the S&OP process. Additionally, this individual will be the single global owner of New Product Innovation forecasting across both DTC and wholesale channels, ensuring a clear and aligned view of demand as the business expands. The position involves connecting demand signals across markets, retailers, and channels, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and enhancing the global forecasting of new product launches. Collaboration with Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing is key to consolidating inputs, improving forecast accuracy, and enabling informed business planning decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics or other related field
  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or a related supply chain planning function.
  • Experience managing demand plans across multiple markets, retailers and/or channels.
  • Strong understanding of sell-in, sellout, forecast accuracy and bias.
  • Experience supporting NPI forecasting and new product launches.
  • Experience working within Consensus and/or S&OP processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly across Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate demand planning insights into clear recommendations for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rolling 18-month demand plans across international retail channels.
  • Own sellout-to-sell-in reconciliation.
  • Track sell-in accuracy and bias by channel, retailer, and top SKUs against monthly targets and actuals.
  • Prepare retailer sell-in data inputs for Consensus/S&OP and ensure a single-number handoff to Finance.
  • Proactively quantify wholesale risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Own the forecast workstream for Stage Gate, defining inputs, confidence thresholds, and retailer/channel feedback prior to PO placement.
  • Own NPI forecast feedback process across all channels, consolidating inputs from all regions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop preliminary forecasts based on benchmarks.
  • Provide strategic direction by looking ahead, identifying roadblocks before they become problems, and developing preemptive solutions.
  • Ensure post-launch reviews and learning loops inform baseline methodologies and future launch strategies.
  • Redesign and standardize the sample forecasting process in partnership with Marketing and Product Marketing teams, including NSGs and retailer needs.
  • Serve as the Demand Planning point of contact for wholesale across internal teams, including Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing.
  • Consolidate global S&OP demand into an unconstrained signal for Supply Planning on a monthly basis.
  • Actively participate in the planning tool implementation, including process mapping, data migration, testing, and UAT.
