About The Position

The Fidelity Health Sr. Risk Manager will provide risk management support to the Fidelity Health Domain and Operations teams with an emphasis on emerging, debit card, and spending account products and initiatives. Your partnership with these teams will help to ensure risks are appropriately considered and mitigated as new and changing products and services are developed for our Fidelity Health client base and their customers. This includes supporting a debit card program management function within Fidelity Health. You will help your business partners by: Conducting risk assessments Performing control reviews Managing and mitigating risk incidents Providing analysis and reporting Fostering strong partnerships and relationships to influence change Working with partners in Legal and Compliance to support regulatory changes or issues Assisting our internal and external Audit partners, and Ensuring there is appropriate reporting, communication and awareness on issues identified to make sure the business and Risk organizations are making informed decisions. Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position Your primary role is to work closely with the Fidelity Health and Benefits Accounts Operations and Product teams to understand business risks related to core and ongoing operations, as well as new and emerging products, services and technology. As a representative of the FH Risk team, you will interact with leaders and associates at many levels in the FH Operations and Domain. It will require an individual who works well both independently and as part of a larger cross-functional group. You will be involved in various projects that will assist Fidelity Health with achieving business objectives. Requirements

  • Knowledge of debit card program management risk oversight
  • Understanding Fidelity's digital offerings and cloud technologies.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience making decisions.
  • Risk assessment and / or controls or audit experience.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • A dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement and learning new skills and capabilities.
  • Reinforcing the focus on being a collaborative partner in helping FH execute on their goals and proactively identifying risks to facilitate that execution.
  • Understanding of agile principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills. The ability to influence others is crucial.
  • A skillset that can summarize and present findings in an organized and professional manner.
  • An ability to interact with all levels of the organization and appropriate business partners.
  • You have a risk mindset and will drive - through a risk-based approach - thought leadership that assists with outcomes.
  • To be able to clearly and succinctly convey high level summaries of projects, areas of concern, and actions/decisions needed to move forward. You must clearly tell the story and help the business understand any risks associated with deliverables and suggested actions to mitigate or accept these risks.

  • Health and welfare administration and/or health savings account industry knowledge a plus.
  • Working knowledge in the field of data analytics a plus.
