About The Position
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Management to lead field execution for hyperscale data center construction in Shackelford, Texas. This role is responsible for driving safe, predictable, high-quality construction delivery across assigned buildings, systems, areas, or discipline scopes. The Senior Manager will build a team of direct reports and coordinate contractors, track field progress, resolve execution issues, reinforce safety and quality expectations, and support turnover readiness for commissioning and startup. This is a highly field-based leadership role requiring strong site presence approximately 85-95% field/site engagement, direct contractor engagement, and hands-on execution management. The role serves as a senior field leader and escalation point, helping ensure daily construction activities align with project sequencing, milestone commitments, and OCI delivery standards. This role is based in Shackelford, Texas (20 miles from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Abilene AI Data Center). This role does not offer remote flexibility. We are interested in candidates who are local or open to relocating to the Abilene area. Oracle offers relocation packages for eligible candidates.
