Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, with 2+ years of experience leading projects or teams in a business facing analytics environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional work and drive alignment across stakeholders (e.g., product, operations, analytics, engineering)
  • Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights
  • Experience working with data using SQL an BI/visualization tools; ability to partner effectively with technical teams for more advanced analysis
  • Experience supporting end-to-end workflows or systems (e.g. intake to execution to delivery), with the ability to identify gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to define success metrics and evaluate performance across programs, initiatives, or products
  • Proven solid communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts in simple terms to business and leadership audiences
  • Ability to be comfortable presenting insights, framing trade-offs, and influencing decisions
  • Experience coaching or mentoring analysts and ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery across workstreams
  • Ability to operate through others (onshore/offshore, cross functional partners) rather and executing all work directly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience with digital, clinical or operational analytics (not limited to product analysis)
  • Demonstrated familiarity with experimentation, funnel analysis, or performance measurement frameworks
  • Exposure to advance analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, ML) through partnership

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end performance measurement across the full-member engagement lifecycle, from interaction through opportunity, enrollment, and realized value
  • Define, standardize, and govern engagement stages, core metrics, and performance definitions to ensure consistency across stakeholders and reporting outputs
  • Develop a unified analytics and performance framework that connects activity to outcomes and enterprise value
  • Build cross domain visibility into member journeys, including transitions across Advocacy, Behavioral Health, Clinical, Rewards, Digital, and Hub
  • Serve as the end to end analytics and reporting SME, from requirements intake through internal and client facing reporting solutions
  • Translate business needs into scalable analytics processes, solution designs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques to proactively identify performance insights, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Oversee development of analytics products, including dashboards, reports, and self service solutions, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Act as the single point of accountability for analytics interpretation and performance narratives, reducing conflicting views and increasing confidence in results
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, Clinical, Behavioral Health, and Data Engineering to ensure alignment between systems, workflows, and reporting
  • Provide clear, decision ready insights to leaders and clients, translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations
